Key People
Giles Turnbull
In addition to establishing Immo London Giles has been Managing Director of a company exporting vehicles from the UK to Europe for 5 years. During this time the company has expanded and now, amongst other markets, specialises in providing cars to Switzerland. Giles has gained much experience dealing with Swiss clients and understands the distinctive requirements and high levels of service demanded by the Swiss market.
Having researched the London prime property market and monitored Sterling against the Swiss Franc, Giles saw that London property was an excellent opportunity for Swiss investors and in 2011 established Immo London. Giles manages the UK-based side of the company.
Markus Haefeli
A Swiss-German economist, in 2002 Markus founded his company which specialises in providing expatriates in Switzerland with cars meeting their bespoke needs. This start-up rapidly became the number one company for such matters in Swiss-Romande, and possibly in Switzerland.
Having worked closely with Giles in the past Markus also saw the excellent opportunity that the London prime property market offers to Swiss investors. Markus brings a Swiss perspective to the business and manages the Swiss based side of the company.
Duncan Ledger
With 5 years experience in the housing sector, Duncan has a good understanding of the processes involved with buying property in the UK and the London property market. More recently Duncan has been working with Giles, overseeing supply to the Swiss market. He therefore also has considerable experience dealing with Swiss clients.
Duncan monitors the London property market to identify key investment areas and the potential returns within these areas. Additionally, Duncan set up the working relationship with the London property finder and has designed the processes that ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible for clients.
